HOW DO I ACCESS THE GAR LEGAL FORMS?

REALTORĀ® members and non-member agents will typically access the GAR Legal Forms through one of the approved third-party GAR Forms Software Vendors linked HERE. These are separate companies that charge fees for their services, and any questions about using their systems should be directed to them.

For your convenience you can also access plain PDF versions of the forms at THIS link with your M1 / NRDS # or Forms Purchase ID. Note that these are flat PDFs, and are not set up to be filled in electronically.

PRORATED FORMS

Starting October 1st, purchasers will have the option to purchase the 2024 GAR Forms License at a prorated amount IF THEY PRE-PURCHASE THE 2025 GAR FORMS LICENSE AT THE SAME TIME.

The total cost is $415 ($66 for the 2024 GAR Forms License prorated amount and $349 for the 2025 GAR Forms License).
